Emotional intelligence can greatly impact your work and career. It is important to understand what it is and the role it plays in our lives. Every workplace (advancement team, legal team, or professional advisor’s office) has people with different strengths, personalities, and emotions, which can greatly impact the way they work.

Developing emotional intelligence is an essential quality in leadership. Our capacity to recognize our own emotions and the emotions of others can help strengthen these relationships and unleash the best in us and in others.

Participants will:
• Understand the aspects of emotional intelligence and become more aware of its role in relationship building.
• Explore how to act with emotional intelligence during difficult situations.
• Develop tools to be an emotionally competent leader.
