Join the Western Michigan Planned Giving Group (WMPGG) and the Western Michigan Estate Planning Council (WMEPC) for a joint meeting on Estate Planning for Digital Assets presented by Michael Lichterman of Baar & Lichterman, PLLC.

Mr. Lichterman focuses his practice on estate and trust planning and administration, elder law, and closely held business issues. He focuses on unique family and property issues, such as multi-generational small business transfer planning, asset protection planning, planning for a family member with special needs, planning for digital assets, and planning for specially regulated firearms and collections.

Mr. Lichterman has completed the Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) Probate and Estate Planning Certificate Program and contributes to a number of ICLE seminars. He is a member of the governing council of the Probate and Estate Planning Section and serves as chair of the electronic communications committee. He is a member of the Western Michigan Estate Planning Council and has served on the board of directors of several west Michigan nonprofit organizations. Mr. Lichterman was named a Rising Star in the area of Estate Planning by Super Lawyers for 2013 through 2019 and was selected to The Best Lawyers in America® 2020 for his work in the practice area of Trusts and Estates.
