As a faith-based, mission-driven organization, Holland Home is seeking a Vice President of Development and the Holland Home Foundation who is a dynamic and compassionate leader with strong Christian values, a mission focus, and proven interpersonal, relationship-building skills. This key leader promotes Biblical stewardship and provides overall leadership to the development efforts for Holland Home and Faith Hospice.  Primary responsibilities are to plan, organize, supervise and implement the fund raising and development programs to raise required non-operating funds to support and enhance the mission of Holland Home and Faith Hospice. Planned Giving Representative – Grand Rapids, Salvation Army

Identify, cultivate, solicit, secure and steward individual prospects and donors, targeting planned gifts for The Salvation Army Western Michigan Northern Indiana Division. Actively participate in the implementation of the DHQ’s philanthropic campaigns and plans, focusing on Planned Giving fundraising priorities and involving volunteers and other stakeholders in the realization of DHQ goals. The Major Gift Officer designs and implements donor development strategies, organizes planning and solicitation meetings, makes prospect visits and coordinates donor cultivation events. Responsible for cultivating, soliciting and stewarding a portfolio of 150+ major gift prospects. This major gift officer position will work directly with major prospects, trustees, volunteers, executive team members and the medical staff to identify, qualify and solicit major gifts. Read more.
